Millie completed her outfit with black sneakers with blue trim and laces.
The actress earlier this month called on some of Hollywood's biggest stars to help her out forUNICEF's World Children's Day on Tuesday.
Millie shared a video that included stars and past Goodwill Ambassadors such as Liam Neeson, Orlando Bloom, Dua Lipa and Lilly Singh pledging support.

Millie at age 14 has become UNICEF's youngest-ever Goodwill Ambassador.
'It's a dream come true to become a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. It's a huge honor to joinsuch an impressive list of people who have supported UNICEF over the years,' Millie said in astatement released on Monday by UNICEF.
'I am looking forward to meeting as many children and young people as I can, hearing theirstories, and speaking out on their behalf,' she added.
